• LOMR for Split Rail Golf Course, Annetta, TX – Prepared hydraulic study and LOMR request to remove a portion of the Split Rail Addition from the South Fork Trinity River floodplain. PLL06030
• Expert Witness Testimony – Avondale Farms, Tarrant County, TX – Reviewed construction plans, site conditions, prepared a drainage study, and was deposed in a case of localized flooding caused by the developer of the neighborhood. The client received an out of court settlement based on my testimony. AVD05014
• CLOMR and LOMR Request for Stonebridge Office Park, Southlake, TX – Prepared hydraulic models of revised existing, proposed and As-Built conditions and submitted CLOMR and LOMR request for Big Bear Tributary 9 (BB-9). WMS05049
• CLOMR and LOMR Request for Timber Creek Properties, Lewisville, TX – Prepared revised existing, proposed, and As-Built conditions flood study and a CLOMR and a LOMR request for a split flow model of Timber Creek and Timber Creek bypass channel around the Timber Creek Properties development west of I-35E for Vista Ridge Partners, LLC. • Flood Study of Sycamore Creek Tributary 5 (SC-5), Fort Worth, TX – Conducted a flood study of the existing conditions of SC-5 to determine the effects unpermitted fill in the floodplain. • CLOMR and LOMR Request, Gappa Property, Fort Worth, TX – Prepared revised existing, proposed, and As-Built conditions hydraulic models and CLOMR and LOMR request to remove 2.09 acres from the Little Fossil Creek floodway. GAP04005
• LOMR Request, Eaglechase Estate, Krum, TX – Prepared hydrologic and hydraulic models for record drawing conditions and prepared Letter Of Map Revision request for the alteration of 4,500 linear feet of stream and the construction of the Eaglechase subdivision in Krum, TX. CBI04006

Infrastructure and Drainage

• Washington Drive Widening and Realignment – Prime for a five firm team for the widening and realignment of 2,600 linear feet of Washington Drive from a two lane to a three lane road. This project included a regional detention pond and coordination of Civil, Survey, Environmental, and Geotechnical services. WEA08030
• Chesapeake Energy Cleburne Saltwater Collection System, Johnson County, TX – Using Bentley’s WaterCAD sized pump and pipelines for 73.3 miles of pipe for a system that transferred 7,600 gallons of water per pad per day from 120 pads to two injections wells. CEC08026
• Johns Manville Drainage Improvement, Cleburne, TX – Prepared Drainage Study to determine the full extent of onsite drainage problems and then Construction plans for $360,000 of channel and storm drain system to rectify the problems. JSM08049
• 2008 Safe Routes to School Plan, Aledo, TX – Obtained a grant from TX-DOT for and prepared the city of Aledo’s Safe Route to School Plan. ALE07016
• 2005 Safe Routes to School, Weatherford, TX – Prepared construction plans for approximately 10,000 linear feet of sidewalk for South Lamar, Texas Drive, Charles Street and Duke Street for the City of Weatherford. WEA04017
